My TItlew isnt just a Little joke at mental illness expense, seriously go and look up the Black Dog campaign its an important fight to remove the social stigma in Mental illness, Ireland is rife with undiagnosed conditions and issues that people bottle up and pretend or don’t know maskign it under a ‘I’m Grand’ ask a friend how they really feel today nad listen. it doesnt take much nad it can really make their day. if you have any issues of your own remember to talk to people about it and share the burden there are plenty out there that want to make sure you are okay even if you dont know them yet.
